When the site is accessed, Netlify records technically necessary server log data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type) in order to deliver the website and ensure its security (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Netlify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

If you get in touch by email or phone, your details are processed to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO) and deleted as soon as they are no longer required for this and no retention obligations apply.
